I ordered a ceramic cat toilet brush from the 4S ranch store. The neck was broken from shipment. The store employee helped me to order a 2nd one. Unfortunately, the neck was broken again during shipment. Debbie called the other BB&B store for me and had a one reserved for me to pick up. I ended bought three instead. Debbie was so helpful. This is the best customer service I have encountered. The whole 4 S ranch employees are just wonderful! Thanks a lot for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
