Mayfair Bridal Inc has a big selection of bridal gowns made by major designers. We carry bridesmaid, veils by designs and custom made. We also carry flower girls dresses, jewelries, accessories, cleaning gowns and preserve gowns. WE CARRY EVERYTHING FOR THE BRIDE! We have an expert team for alteration experienced over 30 years. We are specialized in ALTERATION and RESTORATION.

This bridal shop has a good selection of dresses and seemingly good customer service when you walk in but don't be fooled. Everything was going great until my bridesmaids decided to get their dresses from the store (which is $$$). They charge premium prices but fell completely short after they took our money.
1. Did not deliver the dresses on time:
Although we came a little late to the game, my bridesmaids picked out their dresses in early February for my wedding on April 22. The owner assured me that she can "rush ship" the dresses for an upcharge on 65$ and the dresses would be there well in advance so alterations could be done. Needless to say, the wedding was 3 weeks away and we haven't heard a thing. It was very stressful and each time we called we received vague answers about when they would arrive. They finally arrived with one week to go...and they were the wrong length. (see below)
2. Dresses were ordered in the wrong length without our knowledge, and she still made us pay for the alterations!!
The owner promised that the dresses my bridal party picked out came in a short and long length and there shouldn't be a problem getting them in short length in time. They ensured us that if they were not able to order the shorter length that they would call my ladies to let them know. We didn't hear anything from the shop so we assumed that everything went well and our dresses would arrive how we wanted them. In addition to arriving much much later than they originally stated, they came in long. The owner assured me that she "left me a message" telling me she wasn't able to get the dresses in the shorter length. And to make matters worse, she still made me ladies pay for the alterations to make them short. There was no apology about their mistake.
TL;DR This place is not honest. They will make promises to earn your business that they cannot keep. And once they have you locked in, they will nickel and dime you to death. Super disappointed.
Started shopping 4 mths before my wedding & so thankful I found Mayfair! Went to 5 other places before Mayfair & they were by far the best. I went with pictures of dresses I liked & the woman who assisted me (Valida) was amazing! She was so patient & help me find the perfect dress. It takes about 3 mths for a dress to come in but it arrived exactly when promised. The seamstress did an excellent job & within 2 wks I had my dress. Although it is a small shop & space is tight, if you go a minimum of 4 mths before your wedding date with pictures of what you're looking for they will do all they can to assist you.

huge selection, small shop..all the dresses are jammed packed, too stuffy for me, good service, i didnt find a gown there, but give them a chance.
Great selection and prices. In fact for the month of March '08, if you purchase a dress in the store you get 20% off. Call to make an appointment if you want to try dresses on. Located behind the Shell station, in the same center as Caparelli's.
This place is sooooo much different than those other bridal stores. They will get you the exact dress you want, fitted perfectly to you, in your price range, when you need it. I shopped a bunch of bridal stores, and there is no better place to get your wedding dress in my opinion.
