Beware of this business. Not a discount store. I bought a Blu cell phone. Salesman stated phone had 30 day warranty. Discovered phone had been used. Had text messages in it. Volume very poor, dropped calls. Speaker rattled. Tried to return phone , exchange for better phone . Was refused exchange, or refund. Discovered retail value of phone was from $39.00 to $49.00. Was charged $81.19 , tax included. Will report to Better Business Bureau. Including company in Florida. Warning, beware of this person and business. They do not believe in customer service, only money. Do not buy electronic items or cell phones. You can never tell what they will sell you. furthermore, I bought phone on 5-17-2015, returned with it following day, now I'm stuck with a useless phone, out $81.19 and at the expense of that, I learned a valuable lesson. Never to deal with foreigners. They have no morals or know the meaning of respect and stop at nothing to earn a dollar at the expense of their victims. I will also place this rip off in the RIP OFF REPORT. And I urge everyone to do so if you ever become one of their victims. We need to teach them to do business the American way. This is America ! Not INDIA.
