I had a wonderful experience and felt they were very honest.

I brought my car in on Labor Day and had Mike call to ensure that the gasket for the thermostat was in stock at the Auto parts store and the store said the gasket was in stock. Then Mike proceeded to tell me that it will take him one hour to replace the part once the car cools down and I will get my car back that day so Mike took me home. Later, Mike called and said the car will take two hours to repair and the price for replacing a thermostat gasket was no more than $150 and that I will get my car the next day at noon, in addition, he would bring the car to my job.

Today, I called at 11am to see where he was with the repair to my car, and I asked for that the old parts be saved and for a receipt. Then, Mike yelled over the phone, "Listen, I said I will call you when the work is done."

After, two days and never meeting any time points for completion of the work on my only car and not answering the phone for me or my attorney, I have no idea if I can afford to get my car back and how much anything costs because even $150 for this service. Therefore, he wanted labor payment and I wanted my car back from him immediately.
