Went in to buy parts and was treated like I was bothering them. He acted annoyed when I asked him if he could order a part for me. After he called for a price, he quoted me double the cost direct from the manufacturer. I will just go online and order it for half his quoted price. Unless you are desperate, I would stear clear!
