Seemed a bit high but know their stuff.

I took in a Toyota Camry in today for a pre-purchase inspection and the guys at AJ's auto repair were such gentlemen! The whole staff is very welcoming, I felt right at home and they took care of me right away. I could already tell I picked a very honest and trustworthy place to take the car. The men that were working seemed very well-trained & knowledgable. They gave me a checklist after the inspection and explained everything about the car to me. They treated me with respect and did not talk down to me at all. (I am a 23 year old female buying my first car without help/I have experienced men talk to me like I'm an idiot when going in to auto shops)

One employee asked me if I needed a ride anywhere while I was waiting... Another offered me the wifi password to use and a cup of coffee while I waited... And another offered me employee lunch!!... Also my phone was dead so one of them let me borrow their charger! (...which I would've been screwed without since I am from Corvallis & had no idea how to get around Salem)

Anyways.. I highly recommend this Auto Repair Shop if you are looking for outstanding service that goes above and beyond all of your expectations!!

I would like to say that AJ's Automotive is by far the best place to go for any and all repairs. They have very qualified professionals at each step of the process. The staff is the best and they provide great work at a great price.

These guys have bailed us out more than once. We seem to have RV problems every time we head past Salem. Last time our made in some third world country windshield wiper motor went out. They had to fly one up from California for us. Yes, it was expensive, plus five nights in a motel, but they did a great job and kept us entertained with regular updates. If you have to break down, Salem is the place to be.

AJ's auto repair is the best repair shop I have ever been too. Besides the hilarious guys in the office the technicians are incredibly smart. I have so many questions and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. It was very important to us to get it taken care of because my husband's weekend army drills had us traveling to bend monthly and it was important for our children to be safe on our drive. And since my husbands injury oversees we were struggling financially (like everyone is) and they helped me to do the work in sessions that my wallet allowed by showing me what was most important and why. Thanks AJ's for keeping me and my family safe.

CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR THE KIA WEBSITE AND HE SAID HE HAD ONE BUT I SHOULD GO TO THE LIBRARY BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE THE TIME TO LOOK IT UP WELL TY SO MUCH FOR NOTHING VERY POOR SERVICE

AJ'S auto repair is the best shop in Salem as far as I and my friends are concerned. I took my Subaru in to them as a last resort because no one else could fix it after spending almose $900.00 and they told me what they found in their testing and what it would take to fix it. It all made sense to me when they explained it so I told them to go ahead with it and low and behold it was fixed. I haven't had a problem since. Thanks guys! I know were to go now and will tell anyone who needs auto repair were to go.

Its simple they charge you so much for nothing, no wonder they have such a huge shop!!!!!!!!!!!!

This facility is approved by AAA. I have been their customer for seven years and my experience with them has never been anything less than excellent. They are honest, competent, and courteous, as well as having a sense of humor. This is as good as a mechanical repair facility gets.

Excellent shop - quick and quality service, very helpful staff, I live 50 miles away and I still only bring my car to this shop.
