The Coach House, a newly renovated, eleven unit boutique hotel sits less than a mile from downtown Salem. The 5,942 square foot estate carries a new sense of wonderment with its edgy updates throughout, while still embodying the sophistication of its prior historical and structural design. The property was built in 1879 with the utmost Victorian elegance in mind and future promise in hospitality, as the property would later be converted to an Inn in the 1950’s for over a 60-year span. With the change in hands in 2022, a vision was formed to recreate the inn to a boutique hotel, and a new-found experience for all guests.
