I am not impressed. I eat thai twice a week and have given Thai Ginger multiple chances. Their Pad Thai and Curries leave little to be savored. The Pad Thai has very little flavor and the noodles are consistantly dry. The Red Curry is also bland and has very little substance to it, aside from the heaping amounts of veggies. The curries in general lack the richness and flavour. If you're looking for specifically one of these dishes..carry your business elsewhere.

One of my favorite restaurants. Don't let the exterior fool you. Try the green papaya salad or the sliced beef salad. The Tom yum soup is just what you need on a cold Minnesota day.
