I was in search of warm slippers for my 67 year old mother. 1.04.11 5:30 pm. after two previous stops at other local shops with about 1/2 hour of my time wasted my call was answered by Allisha in the ladies accessories dept. I was on my way to your store. she was polite,helpful and not only that but professional and knowledgeable. Employees like this is what good companies should all be made of in the USA...
