I bought a navigation for the car there. It was faulty and was stuck on a location that I was no where near. I tried to fix it and it stayed stuck. To use a navigation map, all you do is turn it on, let it see the satellites and turn the map on. So, it was bad. I went to take it back and the attendant would not give me my money back. He was condescending and said I could return tomorrow and if it worked for him, I would get the unit back and not my money. At that point I said I just want my money. He refused and again said I maybe just don't know how to run it and to come back the next day. I said no and I would stand there until he handed me the unit in working condition (impossible) or give me my money. He had an adolescent fit and gave me my money..

I have been dealing with Kris and his extended group for over 15 years. They are always professional and honest. All of their shops are clean and offer a welcome environment for all. This is not seedy shop with barred windows, its fun to go in and just look around, they are fair and tell you the truth regarding any item you are interested in. I am sorry the other person who posted that had a bad experience, I cannot imagine why that happened. Deborah Happel
