General Info
The roots of this family business began as early as the pioneer settlement of Southern Utah. One descendant of those 1861 pioneers was Lester Wittwer. In 1928, he started a trucking business with other family members, delivering homegrown fruits and vegetables to many outlying areas.The desire to take care of his customers, lead to other business ventures. Lester's children worked alongside him learning what it takes to be successful as they tended to the needs of tired and weary travelers in the motel business which started in the 1940's.The story of Boulevard Home began in 1974, when Lester's son Tony decided to venture off into the furniture world - with two full-time employees and a small showroom of only 8,000 square feet. Today, Boulevard Home has 4 retail locations with over 160,000 sq. ft. of showroom space, located in St. George, Utah - Hurricane, Utah - Cedar City, Utah - Mesquite, Nevada.

First time today in the store. I first chatted online to get info on purchasing a frig. I told the lady I was going to go into the Store. She suggested a person to go to since I was looking for specific information. I arrived, asked him his name and he was waiting for me. He took me right over to where I wanted to go. Short and sweet. Sale was completed in less than ten minutes. No games, professional, presented himself well. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Extremely impressed with what they had to offer!
I had the best service possible. I was looking for a TV for a gift and Brad went out of his way to help me find one that I could afford, and it wasn't even his department. He is over appliances but that didn't stop him from checking with other stores to see if he could find a TV that would be best for me. If you ever need a large Appliance, then go in and ask for Brad and you will be taken care of, but apparently anyone will be willing to help you the best they can if you are in a pinch. Boulevard has never let me down when I've needed anything, and I will never hesitate buying from them in the future. Their products are top of the line, and they offer a great warranty with 12 months no interest. I love that. Thanks Brad for taking care of me, and rest assured, I'll be back when the need arises.

Almost everything we bought had something wrong with it. We waited and waited for them to replace the furniture. Had to call and call before they finally replaced some of it. We finally had to return some furniture and did not get the full amount of money back on our credit card. Each time I called or stopped by the store, they told me the money they shorted us was due to something different. The whole thing was very stressful and took up a lot of my time just trying to get someone to see the mistake. One should order only one thing at a time from this company and it should be paid only with cash. This will protect you to some extent. I will never go in this store again. It was a horrible experience. Just be careful!

I wish I could give this company a 'no star rating'. The sales person was excellent, but the customer service is unbelievable. I've had nothing but stressful situations almost daily since I bought some furniture from them. DO NOT buy from this company. Their system of handling money is horrible. I did not get their financing and paid for it up front. Trying to get that money back on my credit card has been horrible after finding most of the items in horrible shape and had it returned. There were only a few items that did work. It was customer service that has been horrible... just horrible. I could go on and on... I just hope this will be over soon and I don't have to set foot in one of their stores again. Be VERY careful!
