Great skill with auto body repair AND incredible people skills.....so necessary when one is working with insurance requirements. Courteous, calm, reassuring, timely, and having a good relationship with local car dealers. One needs to shop no more. You've found the best!

Horrible business!!! My girlfriend had a dent on her hood from a tool being left under it when she got her oil changed. I sent her to Greg's Auto to get it repaired. Worst mistake I ever made. Her first appointment went fine, but while she was there for her 2nd appointment she was on the phone with me and we were arguing at the time. The owner Tom Buckhalter saw that she seemed upset and offered her a bottle of wine from a company function they had left over (pretty sure you don't have a liquor license Tom). She thought it was kind of strange but agreed and thanked Tom for the wine. That night he sent her multiple text messages asking her if everything was ok. She explained that it was and that her and her boyfriend weren't getting along at the time but it was ok and that was that. Her 3rd and final appointment was Saturday May 14th, 2011. At this appointment Tom asked her to go to Daytona to a Jeep event with him later that day. He explained that it was innocent, not to worry he was married with children (pooooor wife!) and that it would help get her mind off the trouble her and I were having. She agreed that it seemed innocent enough. At the event, however, he kept trying to put his arm around her, buy her drinks, and on the way home he took the route along the beach where he pulled over on a dark road with her in his Jeep and tried to kiss her. She denied him and asked that they just leave. He took her home. He sent her over 90 texts the following two weeks, all of which I have on record, telling her how sexy she is, how great her a$$ is, and things like that. He repeatedly sent her inappropriate picture messages of himself and made inappropriate text messages to her until it became so uncomfortable that she told me the entire story and asked me to call him to get him to stop. I did and he threatened to call the police on me if I ever called him again. Moral of the story... Tom is a 47 year old married man who lives at home with his wife and 2 children. He shouldn't be taking the phone numbers of 26 year old girls from the business logs and texting them from home, giving them alcohol, and putting moves on them. Do not send your daughter, wife, or girlfriend anywhere near this place! The owner is a predator!

I had several repairs done at Greg's and they have always offered quality workmanship and good service. The owner Tommy is a hands on owner and checks each job. They have always done a great job and a guarantee on the repairs. The repair may take longer than the time that was quoted but it is done right. I would recommend Greg's.

These guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They don't return your phone calls, they don't work on your car in a timely manner, and they most certainly don't make good on their promises. They claim that they will pay for a rental car if the repairs take longer than a few days, but after I went to pick up my car the day after they told me it was ready, Enterprise Car Rental charged me for 2 days. 2 months after the car was done, Enterprise called me again, saying that Greg's had never paid their part and that I would be responsible for the rental. Every time I called them, they just gave me the run-around. Avoid this place like the plague.
