poor customer service. very bad return policy

I recently bought a set of chrome rims from this people. Two of them were defective but they insisited that they were not or that the defect was my fault. They make me pay to send the rims back to them and then later acknowlege that they wre indeed defective after their tecnicians took the time at them. Yet, this guys insisted again that I have to pay for them to return the new rims to me. I live in maryland and we are talking of about $500 dollars shipment coast to coast.This transaction ended up costing me about $800 more than I planned to pay for it. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I asked him if this is how they treated their customers. Think hard before doing business with this guys.
