The only car repair shop I would send a friend to. They don't put people off, or rip people off. Good ol' "southern hospitality", unlike their neighbors shop. They also own a beautiful & friendly dog who always greets me.

The quality of work and customer service are top-notch. It is stressful having car problems and needing the vehicle for errands and getting to work, but the employees are very professional, which eases the stress of having a malfunctioning car.

They are trustworthy and do quality work.

I'd say that I was getting tired of a rather careless job that was being done by the dealer and that's why I switched to TOS. I've only had one maintenance item done so far, but so far, so good.
