I went in to buy a couple of pairs of sandles for this summer , I did find a couple like i had planned . But then I got home and one pair ended up not working out for me so I took them back and told them guy that was working there at the time that I wanted a refund or an exchange will he told me because I had worn them already { I wore them for about 2 days } that I was unable to get a refund or exchange . I believe this was a complete ripoff and will never shop with Famous Footwear again you have lost a custumor !!
