fair price, but at what cost?

the place is falling apart, i've lived here for 2 years, and i have never been satisfied. carpet tacks that cut your feet, old kitchen stove/oven, horrible paint job, ugly landscaping, no parking.....even for the handicap, people don't pick up after their pets (even the management!) and ive had 9 different neighbors in 2 years!!! believe me, the list goes on and on, if your interested in living here, please take a through walk-through with the management, and document anything that doesn't meet safe standard. be careful!!!!
