Called to get information on a broken microwave. Its a GE over the range microwave that is replaceable at around $300 brand new. explained that i just wanted a worst case scenario based on symptoms and whether or not it is better to fix or replace. refused to answer anything and just said $69 to look at it. I get it you dont want to diagnose wrong or diagnose and have someone repair it themselves, but i wasnt asking for that and was clear. they are the experts and if they are unwilling to try to be honest and upfront with me and just want my $$ then i just as well use someone else.
