The man that came to give me a quote and termite inspection decided that I had termites and told me if I got the treatment immediately he'd give me $500.00 off the bill of $3,000. Isn't he so nice? Turns out THEY WEREN'T TERMITES AT ALL! Don't ever use this company! He wanted to take my money with no problem at all!

Customer since 2001 paid for a full service (4 annual bait checks and one annual house check).....Local Suffolk County office in Ronkonkoma is terrible - never returns a call. I just checked my records and in 15 years never have they completed the annual house check (interior) Will be reporting them to the New York State attorney office and Suffolk Consumer affairs for taking my money and not honoring contract. Honestly the local office is just TERRIBLE.

The superviser - suffolk county was extremely rude and shouted when I asked of why your guys are running late. They really dont know how to treat customers. Don't ever go with these guys. Infact the supervisor suggested to go with someother company. I will be picking up my phone and call someone else after loosing two half working days with Terminix. I dont think this company is professional so stay away.
