Same tire issue as other review. Tire was two weeks old.....He tried to blame it on road conditions or I ran over a railroad track!

VERY dissatisfied with their service!! We purchased 2 tires for my sons car. Less than 2 months later his tire developed a bubble on the outside wall. Steve Pridgen refused to stand behind his product and blamed it on road conditions. Even though the tire had been seen by two other tire professionals and they determined it to be a defective tire. When the tire was replaced at Firestone you can CLEARLY see the defect on the inside of the tire. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Pridgen Tire messed up my car. They claim it was my mechanic's fault. I had before & after pictures for when I left from MY machanic's garage, and now I have pictures of where Pridgen Tire MESSED up my car for a simple front end alignment. My car will NEVER go to Pridgen Tire EVER again. This place WILL MESS up your car and leave serious damage. When I got my car back to MY mechanic he told me & showed me why & how my car was NOT in drivable condition. Pridgen Tire could have caused me to wreck my car in the condition they left it in. I had drove it from Rocky Mount to Spring Hope. So the next time you need a front end alignment you may want to ask yourself... Do I wish to have a wreck today causing harm to myself or other's? If the answer is NO & I hope & pray the answer is NO then do NOT go to Pridgen Tire!!!!
