Took pants to be hemmed. Person measured where they should be to comfortably cover my shoes however after completion pants are too short and come ankle length. They are length person wanted them and not what I asked for. Will never use again or recommend.

Very nice, fast service and they remember my name. Usually don't even need a claim check! Stop by weekly for dry cleaning and sewing as needed. They put new Vibram soles on my hunting boots a few months ago, great job!

the shop did not date my claim check for shoes-- or their record.When i went to pick up my shoes, the lady there (assume she was the owner) tried to tell me I had left the shoes there for over a year, which was not the case! She continued to argue with me over this! I was able to point to my shoes (visible on the front shelf) so she handed them over. Makes me wonder what would have happened if I was not able to see them... She did not apologize when I was able to prove that I had not left them there for over a year. The shoes (alll pairs had not even been cleaned up). Rude service, bad record keeping. I won't go back. I told her if she was going to argue with customers, she had better make sure she was right. and date her own records.
