My daughter had to sit in the chair the whole time she was back getting her teeth cleaned and listen to the doctors complain and get aggravated about how overbooked they are and that they don't get any downtime. And then the doctor cleaning and working on her teeth was jabbing into her gums and when my daughter said it hurt she started blaming my daughter. And since my daughter is 17 and not a toddler I tend to take her word for it.

These folks in Roanoke are fantastic! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I don't dread having to bring my son to see them and neither does he.

Anna is one of my favorite people! Even though they get very backed up at times, when they do call me back they are very speedy. I love the ortho team!

They son has had his teeth pulled cleaned and they have worked well with his anxiety issues I highly recommend them to dr visual and his helper Mary Zell they did great

Dr. Vishal/Maryzall did a great job with my son getting a filling. My son was very comfortable with then working on his teeth.

Dr.Vishal /Mary Zell we went in to get fillings n get ready for braces n they did an amazing job. In a very short amount of time it was excepted to be several trips to get all the work done and they surprised me by doing such a fantastic job that 2 trips and we are getting brace excellent job great staff best pediatric dentist around

Brittany s and Aaliyah were great with my boys and very professional the wait time was not long at all and front desk was welcoming Amanda and Jonathan. Plus my children loved the balloons!!

My daughter had an appointment this past Friday on May 6th 2016 and they were supposed to pull the first canine tooth and the first molar tooth instead they pulled the first two molar teeth and left the canine tooth so at this time I feel very largely concerned I do hope to hear back from them on Monday May 9th 2016 2 and this was also paying Insurance the deductible which was very high and then to leave wondering if your teeth are going to come in correctly at this point when they left the canine tooth and pulled the incorrect tooth however the staff is very friendly I hope that they fix the situation
