They have terrible customer service. I have been hung up on several times by the same young lady and she is very rude on the phone. I cant believe the lack of professionalism.

I saw Dr. Hiromu Shoji for a shoulder injury. The staff was very professional and I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. He was easy to talk to and clear with my diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone.
