Unbelievably rude staff. If Dr. Jung wasn't so good, I'd NEVER recommend this place. As a mother of a small boy who needed ear tubes, they did nothing to put me at ease, didn't answer my questions and were beyond rude. It took several different calls and messages to even try and schedule his surgery. I was placed on hold for ridiculous amounts of time and even hung up on.

timothy jung is a great doctor love him but as for grisellda the woman who respesents the doctor on the phone she needs classes all she wants to do is be rude and argure with cutt you off when you are talking so please do something about who answers your phones thank god you had daniel to take over
