They gave me horrible service. My copay is $10 but they charged me $51. I was blindsided so in shock I paid and the next day called to ask why. They said it was for the eye health scan. I said well I should have been given an option if I wanted my 8 year old to have it or not. The lady said it is NOT an option and insurance doesn't cover it. I said I should always be told if my insurance doesn't cover it and given an option. She said "if you don't like it find another provider then!" So I am and helping others to do the same!! A patient shouldn't ever be treated like they do not matter! I am very upset and going to let Yelp, google, and BBB know!!

We were customers of Rio Eyecare for several years until they started charging us for extra procedures and a written prescription to take else where. Their frame prices are not competitive so you pay more that way as well.
