My mail is obviously delivered to others at times then I get it already open. I have had lots od trouble with my mailbox being left open and find mail in the ditch. WhenI told the post master that because a large box was left sticking out of my mailbox it was stolen - he yelled at me. He actually went postal in this small quiet mellow post office. He would not accept any responsibility or do anything to help. He treated me like a bad teenager not a middle aged adult.
