Mr. Ahmed was very helpful with a clock I brought in for repair. He cautioned me that the housing unit where the battery was stored, needed to be replaced, and that b/c the clock was inexpensive, he anticipated difficulty removing all of the glue which held it in place. He offered to do this while I waited, but othere customers were coming in, and in was not imperative that I had the clock immediately. He called the same afternoon to advice me he had been able to remove the housing unit and replace and repair. He admitted that it was more work than was the price he quoted me, but he was true to his word, and I so appreciate his patience and customer service. I highly recommend his services. Sharon
