This discount store carries a wide range for household products at bargain prices, ranging from .99 cents and up. A huge selection of children's toys quickly drew me to the shelves that I ended up purchasing a battery operated remote control mini-helicopter (1) and. a battery operated remote controlled car (1) for $29.95 and $19.95 respectively, for a total of approximately $55.00 including sales tax. In short, the helicopter and the car both failed to function I returned to the store to report issue where the manager/owner agreed to replace/exchange the helicopter, but not the car. For the second time, the same model type helicopter did not function, that I returned immediately to the store. This gentleman (manager) , then grew in anger and continued to defend the integrity of the products that failed twice, then offered another exchange. I refused to continue with the hassle that I requested a refund. He simply denied and I ended up with two defective delicopers and a car. thx.
