i recently purchased a notebook sleeve from them. i emailed them the dimension of my notebook to confirm if the sleeve will fit. a customer service replied, saying: "The TB-S0123WHT-13 should give you plenty of room for your laptop." so i bought it. after waiting for over a month, i finally received it. and it's just way too tight, i have to force my notebook in to zip it up. so i emailed the same customer service, telling her that i am unhappy with her advice. and she told me to just post it back to receive a refund for the item (they will not refund any shipping fees). sent another email to their generic email address, and got sent through to the same customer service, and got the same reply. she's a very good at misleading people, but not very good at being responsible for what she said!
