Got new insurance so I wanted to try a new place so I got and exam and enquired about contacts. Got sized (which is deducted out the contacts eligibility funds which I did not know). After the second trial pair I wanted to stick with glasses (which I rathered not due to the price and quality). They insisted on one more trial so I agreed. After a week I want to check what is covered and compare my options. Still really confused by what my insurance covers I call both the insurance company and them. Conclusion is that with the money left over from the insurance I can get a box of disposable contacts that last for 6 mths but because I never wore contacts, that box is only for one eye and I have to pay for another box at full price for the other eye!!!??? Mind you this is only for 6 months. So whatever, I still got some type of help so I came in to pay but the first thing that was said to me when I walked in the door was "I'm not refunding the $59 for you." On a Friday evening with CUSTOMERS around. How embarrassing is that. And I was coming in pulling my debit card out. I was so baffled I didm't know how to respond. Needless to say, I left and I will not be spending my money there. For $175 no name frames I can add in another $!00 and get my Pradas!! Not only me speaking to people about my bad experience I will not be referring anyone to this place. And the worse part about it is I work NEXT DOOR.......Sarah Nguyen....this is only getting a star because I have to in order to post this
