This Company is a "rock-star" when it comes to property management!!! They continually are there for me when I need them and have even answered the phones after 5PM to address my call. This company goes above and beyond their service and I want to thank Anthony and Anna for their continued efforts to help me. I am happy to provide a positive response given negative feelings towards my prior management company. Phoenix took over our Association in May and I just called over this July 4th holiday weekend regarding a plumbing leak and the owner answered the phone (I thought it was a call-center). The plumber was out within 45 minutes to diagnose the problem and get it corrected. That is what I call service!!!! Thank you Phoenix for taking care of my problem.

Phoenix does a good job for us with our association. They have stepped up to getting the landscaping improved and have saved our association funds on a better insurance policy. The agent is responsive and knowledgeable to matters in advising the Board of Directors. We are happy to have them.
