Bill has been to our home twice. The first involved maintenance on our A/C unit. He was the first contractor to actually remove the fan blade to clean out leaves, etc., and did an excellent job cleaning the coils. Best of all, he didn't try to sell us a new unit! He went through the entire process of how to use our A/C unit for best performance. Later, when it came time to replace our 30 year old furnace and ducting, Bill's was the first name that came to mind. He provided several options on how to improve air flow in the house and was willing to rebuild our existing furnace. We opted to buy a new furnace, instead. Before installing the new furnace Bill cleaned, sealed, and painted the entire furnace closet. After the installation was complete he tested and adjusted the fan speed for heating and cooling. The difference in air flow is amazing! Bill cleaned the interior of the vents and updated the plates so that the air flow would cool our rooms more efficiently. Now the room my wife called "hells kitchen" is going to need a new name. Her kitchen actually now has plenty of air flow! Bill is honest, timely, maintains a clean work area, and goes out of his way to do the job right. Best of all his price is fair with no surprises!
ART the Technician was amazing! I had my Goodman system installed 7 years by another local company and they strongly recommended I replace my entire system, and I was very confused by all the upgrade and options available and the high pressure sales approach. I decided to get a second opinion. After reading yelp reviews I knew there was only one company for me. Art from Bill's heating & AC arrived very promptly came out and checked my system and performed a very comprehensive inspection and maintenance procedure. I was extremely pleased with the result. Art is extremely talented at explaining what and how things should be done, and is very personable and really cares about the customer. He very much exceeded by expectations. I feel very confident in my heating and cooling system, and when I do reinstall I know who I will call.

I had a heating problem in the middle of a cold front. Bill came out diagnose and fixed the problem within minutes, at what I think was a fair price. I now have him booked marked in my favorites if I have another problem, Very nice honest man.

Bill was great! his work was top notch and great customer "friendly" service. I will use him again and recommend him highly.
Bill does a great job... if you can ever get a hold of him. After recharging Freon and fixing my AC, I have tried to call him back to warranty the issue, but I can never get a hold of him. I would leave him multiple messages along with my phone number and get no response. When I finally got a hold of Bill and set up an appointment, he DID NOT SHOW! Usually Bill is about 10 minutes late to an appointment, but with the last appointment had me waiting 3 hours before I went on to run other errands. I was incredibly shocked by his lack of commitment because when I first met him, he kept talking about his qualifications and described how he would warranty all his work. Now that I think back, I don't know how honest Bill really is. I'll admit that he does a great job initially, but don't expect to much from his "warranty."

Had some issues with unit freezing up called a company last year they charged the unit twice last year and once this year called bill yesterday on fathers day he came out diagnosed the problem and fixed great service and very honest man thanx bill
CAN NOT BE HAPPIER! :) Bill and his crew came out after I called having a bad experience with another company, came out same day, fixed the problem the same day! High quality work, very professional and VERY reasonable! Would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much!!!!

My heater was not working. I had the gas co out to look at it. they didn't know what was wrong. I called Bill. He came out that evening. He was so nice and kind. He and Art checked thoroughly both the heater and my thermastat. There was a small piece that they took out of the thermastat and my heater was fixed. I asked him how much do I owe him. He said nothing. He would not take anything. I couldn't believe it. And on top of that they helped my roommate carry in a table from her car. I would recommend Bill's Heating. An honest, nice, kind man. This is the kind of business we need to be supporting.
Excellent service! Bill and his assistant, Art, were professional, courteous and trustworthy. The breaker kept switching off when we had the A/C on in the house and Bill discovered that it was the breaker unit which was the problem, not the A/C. Being someone who knows nothing of electrical (or air conditioning units for that matter), I was so pleased NOT to be convinced there was a problem where there wasn't one and then charged outrageously for service not necessary. Bill even told me the particular store will carry the breaker unit I need and how much it will cost me. I highly recommend Bill and his company, Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Their service is amazing! I really can't say enough good things about this company...they arrived ahead of schedule, but waited until I was home to begin work...they immediately began work and completed their work so fast. I am so grateful. I had a leak coming from the air conditioner that was causing water damage and they fixed it immediately and explained every step to me. I had a lot of questions and they answered every one and explained everything in terms that I could understand (I am not a handy person). The price was very reasonable and Bill told me ways to improve my unit, but was not at all pushy. I do plan on doing business with them again and will recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors. They really take pride in their work. If you dont know anyone in your family who can help you out, they can be your guys! Trustworthy, honest, and friendly.

Great service. I've been in my house for 23 years and I have had my share of problems with the AC/Heating. Bill fixed the immediate problem in 20 minutes. I described an airflow issue that has been a long standing problem and not been resolved by the other guys. In a couple of hours he checked and fixed my airflow issues. He showed up when he said he would, completed the service in good time, and I paid a fair amount for the labor and parts. I recommend him highly. Thanks Bill.
Very honest, and showed me the problem with my A/C unit. There was a pincher bug stuck between the connectors. Did not try to overcharge me or lie to me. Not to mention he fixed my fence latch while he was here! It's nice to have a good experience in this industry! Will definitely be calling him next time I have a problem!!

Bill was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for someone for our heater because it stopped working. Bill came to our house and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Shortly after his visit, one of the other elements stopped working (he did advise us that this may happen in the future) and Bill returned for a service call--and he didn't charge us a dime for the service call! That is nearly unheard of in this day and age! We were extremely pleased with his honesty and integrity - and he explained everything in detail. As consumers and homeowners, we felt confident that we were not being ripped off or taken advantage of and would definitely recommend him to everyone. Definitely a 5-star company.

Bill is an EXCELLENT service tech and gives EXCELLENT customer service. We own an investment property in another city over 2 hours away and needed to have the A/C serviced. I read other reviews and contacted Bill. Bill was on time and very friendly. He inspected the unit, tightening every wire nut and screw just to make sure I would not have any problems. He simulated high temperatures to prove my unit would function correctly. He explained every step which reassured me he knew exactly what he was doing. This is the most honest contractor I have ever met. Without a doubt I would recommend Bill to anyone and I bet you would be as convinced as I am he is a stand up guy. Cannot express in words how satisfied with his service we are. Thank you Bill.
