Provided by YP.comMy 10-yo son and I attend this school and we both thoroughly enjoy the instruction and Christian environment. This school enables me to stay fit, learn techniques which I may have to use one day to protect my family, and gives me goals to strive for in belt advancement and in perfecting what I have learned.

Provided by YP.comLove this class! We are a husband and wife team who get to train together each week along with our two daughters. Sensei Nathan Brown is an amazing teacher and we all have so much fun! Anyone who is looking to learn karate in a friendly environment needs to come out and give it a try ASAP!

Provided by YP.comGreat program. I enjoyed Sensei Brown's training when he lived in Arkansas. I would recommend his class to adults, kids, parents,,, anyone that might be interested in learning karate in a great environment from someone who really cares.

Provided by YP.comI highly recommend this class to anyone who has any interest in learning karate or self-defence. I began taking karate with Sensei Brown after attending a class with my teenage son. He was the one who was really interested, but was a little hesitant to jump in at first, so I told him we'd do it together (that way there'd be at least one other person there who had no idea what they were doing!). That first night, I fell in love with karate! I have been doing it ever since (about a year and a half). I am almost 40 years old and the mother of 4 children and doing karate has really helped me get back into shape again. Exercising has always seemed like a necessary evil to me and I have never really enjoyed it, but even though we are working hard in class, it's so much fun that the time just flies by. Not only is it a great workout, but it is also a wonderful learning environment. Sensei Brown is a highly skilled but also very patient and kind teacher and our classes have a supportive, family-like feel to them. I love the class and plan to keep going as long as I can (yes, I'll be the 80 year old woman doing karate!).

Provided by YP.comGreat kid-friendly environment!
The goal of karate is not to learn how to fight but how not to fight. Learning how to control a situation and not let it control you is key.
