I was very pleased with everything.....First, I was impressed with the amount of inventory and selection. I went to Best Buy and didnt get the quality service as I did at Sound Station & Security. In Sound Station they pointed out things I didnt think of like illumination match of the dash color, and the total appearance of the radio in the my car. I got everything done the same day. They even gave me a bag of popcorn to munch on while I watched a movie in one of their home theatre rooms.

I just had these guys install a Kenwood DNX9140 Multi-Media/Nav in-dash system into my Nissan Xterra. I first emailed them for an estimate for parts and labor and received a response the same day. I found the system cheaper elsewhere, but they were able to bring the price down with a military discount and also indicated that if something went wrong with the system, they would uninstall/reinstall for no charge. Once I decided to go with the Kenwood, they were able to do the install with 3 days notice. They had the unit itself as well as the satellite radio and ipod interface components in stock. When I got to the shop, they gave me thorough rundown of the install--it only took 3 hours. They also happened to have the same model installed in their show vehicle. Josh was very knowledgeable about the system and took me through the basic operation. The install looks awesome, clean. All wires are hidden and it works like a champ. I highly recommend these guys. Exceptional customer service and great work.
