Lots of baby stuff best "once" I've ever been to

My Husband and I visited the Raleigh location this weekend and we will not be going back. The staff there were so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I surprised they could actually be bothered to turn up to work as they certainly couldn't be bothered to treat their customers properly. I have experienced awful service before but I have never experienced anything as dire as the behavior of the people who work in this store. Who cares about the prices when you don't get spoken to like a human being ?

Great place to buy and sell. I sold a jogger and clothes and bought some great items. I have been in the store on a Saturday and during the week. I always had great service. This is way easier than tagging clothes for a consignment or selling online. I will be back.

I personally find the staff to be very friendly, I go once a week & have never had anyone rude to me but have heard customers being rude to the employees & the employees are still friendly! My friends & family all go to the Raleigh location & we ALL agree every experience has been pleasant!

Awesome prices! Lowest price on NEW Melissa & Doug puzzles I've seen & we all know how expensive they can be. Staff very helpful & I was very pleased with what they bought from me. Most get upset because their items are not all bought but I understand they have guidelines & only so much room for items.

I have been to both Cary and Raleigh stores several times and have to say that the Raleigh store is just wonderful and worth the drive. The owners at the store in Raleigh are so friendly and very customer service oriented. I've had minor issues with things twice at the store and even though it wasn't that big of a deal to me, the owners made sure that the issues were taken care of and that I was a happy customer before I left. It's so nice to see a business run the right way. The staff that work there are helpful and friendly, as well. I like the selection of items they have at this store much better than the Cary store and it is brighter and very well-organized. I just love this store and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I absolutely love this store! It is the best place to go for kids clothes and toys! The people who work there are friendly and very helpful! I actually took a couple of totes of my own kids clothes that they had out grown and was shocked with how much money they paid me for them! I shopped while they bought my stuff from me and I actually walked out with money in my pocket! I will definitely be telling all my friends/family to visit this store!! It ROCKED!!

This Once Upon A Child store that's new in North Raleigh is WONDERFUL! The whole staff there has been nothing but super nice & helpful. They treat their customers like they want them to come back unlike another one I have been to. Very organized & clean which makes shopping so much easier if you are in a hurry. The owner was so polite and helpful and a few people that recommended this store to me went on and on about the owner as well as the staff. Hope everyone experiences a positive trip there like I have and so glad they are here so we don't have to drive to the other one!!!
