Set up an appointment to get lock switch changed after locksmith and local repair shop said I needed to go to Honda to get changed. Person setting up appointment said this was normal and they had everything at shop and should take 2 hours or max 2.5 hours. Honda required a diagnostic test which I did not want and committed me ~$100 charge and recommending more services before . After 75 minutes, they came to me with various recommendations of services I did want or necessarrily need. They recommended a new / better solution to a problem I had previous discussed with Honda on a previous visit. Then they told me it would take a minimum of 2.5 hours to change locks. Sales person did not explain my options well and I did not value her approach though it was a difficult situation bc I needed to leave b4 then. The cost was higher than what was estimated by local repair shop after calling Honda parts and taking over 4 hours to change lock switch is excessive w apptmt.

We spent time looking at autos over the last few months. We looked at the Sonata, Jetta and the Cruz. The Honda Accord model was the best by far. The ride, the quietness on the road and the appointments were superior. Leith Honda was the best dealership that we have dealt with in years. I hesitated with buying a new auto because of the whole process that you have to go through. What a pleasant surprise, our salesman, Steve Bonanza, was great. He was very professional. We were treated as if we were purchasing a Lexus. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives. I would tell them to ask for Steve Bonanza.
