I first got insurance with Hix back in 2005, and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It can get pretty busy in there, especially on Fridays, but they truly do make time for everyone and make the extra effort to satisfy everyone's needs. These guys are professionals, and it shows. Great company, great agency.

How much it is for licene just a quote put down

I've been calling all afternoon for an insurance quote with Hix. The girl who answered the phone placed me on hold 3 times, without coming back to the phone to say that no one available. I had to call her back each time to find out what was wrong. I was told I would be called back, still no answer. I am a new prospective client seeking insurance and with that type of customer service, I'm sure Hix will lose more valuable customers. I have opted not to purchase a policy with them, just from their lack of good quality customer service.

I've been with Hix since I was in highschool which has been about 20 years, I've shopped around periodically and nobody has ever been able to beat the price.
