Got my jersey back from Eastern Lettering yesterday. AWESOME!! Great sewing work. My boys are gonna be jealous!

these people or should i say person..is a scam artist!DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! I WISH MORE PEOPLE WOULD COME OUT AND REPORT THEM!!!!!! Two months I've waited for the right numbers and letters....still nothing!!



Got to actually talk to a live person twice!



Was putting a jersey together for my wedding....the wedding has come and gone and still haven't seen the numbers and letters....



PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!



I did file with the BBB and all they did was tell me to take it up with Small Claims Court...



So please listen to the many people that have gotten the shaft!!



WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and you'll never hear from them again. Except lame e-mails ...and that person doesn't know really what's going on.

Customer service is a sham. No one returns phone calls and they do not give out any tracking numbers when asked. Was placed ON HOLD for over 5 minutes before being disconnected.

Billed me quickly but have not received my items after more than 8 business days.

Company phone number (really a personel cell phone) voice mailbox is full and cannot get anyone to tell me where my order is.

I am going to file a complaint with BBB and have my bank recover my payment.
