I highly recommend to businesses looking to procure new telecom services. I will never order directly through a Carrier or pay for a consultant again. DigiTel Services offers everything they do and more for no additional fee! They actually act as consultants in that they will do in depth research and are not bias towards any one Carrier but, they are unlike a consultant in that they do not charge you anything and are unlike a Carrier rep in that they represent all Carriers, not just one. In addition, they do not sign you up with the Carrier and disappear. They helped me out when I had an issue on my first bill and made it clear that they were going to offer free ongoing support. Beware of other Companies in their niche as not everyone offers their industry experience and Carrier portfolio. The other telecom brokers lacked industry knowledge, only represented a few Carriers and did not have Carrier contacts which is key especially if you do not have a vast telecom background.
