Always helpful and courteous

Nice folks, good inventory but prices are outrageous.
Paid $72 for a part that costs $26 - $39 on the
Internet parts sites including Ebay. If you absolutely
need the part right now, then you got to pay their price.
If not, then use the Internet. Many sites with little
or no shipping.

I went there for a gas igniter for my Goodman furnace. I brought in the broken part and I had also found the part on Amazon for $14. They had the part but said they wanted $50 for it. I said how about $20. They then said $28. I said sorry and left the store. I bought it from Amazon for $14 (which included shipping).

I was willing to pay a little more to get it that day, but not double. I think if you are willing to pay their prices and need the part the same day, they have some a lot of things in their shop.

When I moved to the area in 1995, I didn't expect to find a place like this. Jeff, the owner, knew exactly what the propblem areas were for all my issues, helped me get the right parts and tools every time. That is worth more in time / energy / grief savings than any "deal" you can get online! If the problem is out of your scope to self fix, he knows the reputable people to send you to. That product and people knowledge that they have here is why even after 18 years of doing business with them, they are still the first place I turn, and my first reccomendation to others.

Called this co after being very upset with the Raleigh Sears Parts store on Falls of Neuse. I was very pleased to hear a nice voice immediately answer the phone. I was not put on hold (and forgotten) and she spoke clear English!! She asked all the right questions, quoted me a good price and checked for availability. The call took two minutes. She was very pleasant to speak with, she knew what she was doing and crazy I know, but sounded like she might even enjoy her job?? Thank God there is still at least one company in Raleigh that has great customer service!!!! Now I can go pick up my part!

If you have to special order a part they do not call you when the part comes in, even though they say they will. You have to call them.

Always very helpful. Most appliance parts centers try to sell you parts that you do not need, not these guys!!! THUMPS UP!!! Best in the Triangle.

They have always been very helpful, even lending the tool to change my hot water heating element, twice.

The owner is very helpful in helping you choose the right applicance that you need - installers are concerned that all is done right and that you are satisfied.

There is always a pleasant, knowledgeable person to help you out. I have dealt with them on two occasions. The first time I went there to buy a pump for a dishwasher (I had incorrectly diagnosed), they recommended a 5.00 part that fixed the problem. Second time they helped me troubleshoot a dryer problem. It is always a pleasure dealing with competent professionals!
