I am hooked now on Cartridge World. I print loads of color documents at work, and was ordering ink cartridges through an online retailer. I often had problems with what I ordered and there's such a lack of customer service when ordering online. I then turned to Cartridge World, and was really impressed with their knowledge and personalized service. The owner remembers my name , my company and always has what I need in stock. And the prices are just as good!

Great business model! You walk in, you get your cartridge filled.It just takes a few minutes and you are on your way. I saved quite a bit on the two Dell cartridges I brought in. I would definitely recommend everyone try it. Its great for the environement

The manager at this store bent over backwards when I had a problem with one of their cartridges. Just based on his efforts, I would use them again. this was the first time I ever had a problem and I have been using them during my whole first year at State.

I went to Cartridge World to get my ink cartridge refilled. So far it has lasted about as long as an original. Quality is acceptable. For the savings, I would recommend. The staff is nice and it only took a moment to get me checked out.
