We are located on Lake Woodard Dr. between Brentwood Rd and Trawick Rd. When coming from Brentwood, we are a quarter of a mile up on the right. When coming from Trawick, we are 2/3 of a mile on the left.

We have a comfortable waiting area and spacious patient rooms. We have a newly renovated Gait Room with ramp and stairs used to evaluate stability.
