We had a pool for 15 years and even when we decided to upgrade it didn't look as bad as the one we bought from this company.
After 3 years rust everywhere.
Contacted the company and of corse we have to pay for the shipping of a new wall, prorated the cost of a new wall. Then we will need to buy a new liner and for installation.
We might as well buy another new pool... but not from this company.

After having a 12' round pool for 18 years, we bought a 12 x 18 Paragon Swim'n Play pool in 2011. The installation process was a nightmare. Finally got it right in 2012.

In 2014 we encountered rust marks on the side of the pool. Water was spouting out. Had that repaired. There was rust all around the pool under the liner edges. We noticed during the course of the summer that under the caping the liner rails started to rust.

It is now 2015. We undercovered the pool. The is rust all around the edges in the water from the liner caping. There is rust all around the outside wall of the pool.

The pool is supposed to be made of galvanized aluminum so it does not rust. We now have to sand the outside rust and put auto bondo to stop the rust from spreading.

We have not yet looked under the liner to see if the walls inside are rusted. Kind of afraid to look.

Needless to say, we are not at all happy with this pool. At this rate it will not even last 10 years.

Because we forgot to send in the warrantee card the company will not honor the 40 year warrantee. I have receipts and pictures to prove all the above and they will not work with me except pro-rate the pool and want me to pay almost as much as the original price.

I can't even give this product or the company one star
