Rozell Industries is a full service, diversified general and mechanical contracting firm with over 33 years of experience delivering quality projects throughout New York and New England. We are a family owned and operated company with client satisfaction our primary goal and measure our success by the number and magnitude of our long term relationships and repeat business with clients. Rozell Industries has a wide range of expertise in technically complex commercial and industrial projects, including new construction, additions and renovations, and specializes in projects within working operations where keeping the client’s day-to-day operations running smoothly are an absolute necessity. We offer a full range of services including design review, estimating and budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and complete project coordination and management. Whether it be turnkey general construction with client selected design firms or design build projects with our own Architectural and Engineering team we will guide your project from the initial planning and design, including the approval and permit process, through construction and to final closeout. Rozell’s ability to deliver an on-time and quality project is enhanced by our unique combination of in-house talent and production facilities at our upstate NY facility. We employ a large, year round staff of highly trained carpenters, millwrights, certified welders, pipefitters, plumbers, and masons. We operate our own custom metal fabrication shop with 250 ton press brake and shear, plasma cutting table, and in-house detailing and engineering that can provide sheet metal, structural and miscellaneous steel, pipe, tank, and pressure vessel fabrications on schedules dictated by clients, not suppliers. In addition, Rozell is the leading crane service provider in Upstate NY with 10 cranes ranging from a 15 ton carry deck to a 450 ton crane. This combination of expertise, production, field equipment, and turnkey services provides our customers maximum flexibility and cost savings.
