I'm new to Providence and one of the first items on my to-do list was to find a hair salon, not an easy task since I tend to be very fussy about my hair. After hearing about Salon Bianco and noticing their community events, I decided to chance it and made an appointment. It was the best thing I ever did. First, I thought parking would be a problem because of its location on Federal Hill, but I worried for nothing. Upon entering the salon, the warm, friendly, caring ambiance was enveloping. My stylist, Nikki, also a transplant to RI, was the best ever. With my job I do a lot of traveling , and, consequently, experience a lot of salons in many cities. Not one could hold a candle to Salon Bianco.

I can not say enough about salon Bianco! I handle all my beauty needs there. It all started when I made an appointment for color and cut. I have not been satisfied with my hair in a long time, and I saw the logo that said "when's the last time you loved your hair?" It made me curious, and I got in with hair stylist Nikki. I am naturally a dirty blonde, but very ashy and dark, and I like to feel light, but i can't be too gold, or too white for it to look good on me. Plus I don't wanna be high maintenance. She listened and showed me swatches, letting me choose what I liked, and then making suggestions. She explain a technique called ombre, which would allow me to not have to maintain it constanly, and I loved the results! So natural, it was like my natural color but more dramatic. Soon after the apt, a frien loved my hair, so I referred her, and got to meet Jaclyn with a complimentary facial for the referral. It was amazing! Now I go every three months for maintenance and I love It! Next time I refer someone Ill try a massage. Thanks to Bianco I feel confident and like I own my look!

i love salon Bianco. Its trendy, yet relaxed, not uptight and pretentious like other top salons. The staff are talented, the owner Beth is absolutely amazing at hair, and sets an energetic tone for the rest of the crew, I love watching all the other girls at work while I process. It's far from cookie cutter, the stylists all look effortlessly unique. salon Bianco is THE best salon I've ever been to mainly because the work is outstanding. If you take your look seriously, leave it in the hands of Beth! She is a true expert.
