I moved here from NY in August and needed a storage space and didn't know anything about Portland area. Jan was very helpful and tried to help me the best should could with reserving a spot for me until I got out here. She called and reminded me of that there was some space available for me still when I was about to move even though I couldn't reserve on spot.



As for the spaces or my space, she got me the best price for a small space that was clean, had a light and gave me two locks to make sure it wouldn't be broken into.



Now this public storage is a bit out of the way from Portland...You have to drive a ways but the price is right and it is not slamming with people.
