I would give this location a mid rating on customer service. I wouldn't say they were the worst, but they were only somewhat accomodating. They didn't seem like they would go the extra mile to help a customer. They seemed very laxed in the way of customer service from acknowledging waiting customers to answering questions about existing orders. My overall customer experience left me wanting and I would definitely seek out another location before picking this location for my next job.

They refused a return with a receipt in hand. I then went to the Vancouver WA location and had no problem! The Jantzen Beach location could learn something from Vancouver location about customer service, (no second bar code on receipt, no problem.)
