A loved one of mine was placed in the health and rehabilitation center and has had a horrible stay. Last night she needed to use the restroom (cannot transfer herself yet) and pressed her call button. after a while she couldn't hold it anymore and just went in her bed. About 30 mins later the nurse came in and said "we dont have time to be changing linens all night" please dont send your loved ones here!
