Provided by YPmobileI built a grow for a caregiver about 3 years ago and we purchased a large amount of equipment from this shop.
Recently I went to the New England Cannabis Convention at USM. I saw a grow tent at another booth. I am in the market for a grow tent so I stopped by this shops booth to see what they have to offer. They had a tent setup but the person wasn't very interested in showing me the product. He told me to go to the store to buy one and handed me a flyer for the tents. I was very unhappy with the customer service. I live 2 hours away from their shop so I will not be traveling to buy from them.

Provided by YP.comI came into the store looking for pH 7.0 reference solution (you were all out). So i was browsing around and saw the Humboldt part A and B, i remembered they were on sale and decided it would be nice to try out a new nutrient line. Each bottle was labeled $19.99, 30% off of that is 6$, therefor the bottles should each be $14. When i came to the register they rung up at $16.50, i noticed the difference and said something to the young man behind the counter (he wears a hat, i think hes the manager).
He took some time to try to figure out why they weren't ringing up right, and to convince me to just drop it because the price was already so good. Then he figured it out, on the computer it was marked at $23.50 so 30% of that ended up to be $16.50. He then continued to try to tell me that its a good enough deal anyway, finally i broke and said fine i just want to go home, its fine, just ring it up and i will pay for it. For some reason after i said that he continued to talk about the details as if i hadn't just given in to his demands, even showing me the computer screen as if to show hes not lying. So once again i say "its fine, we will pay it i don't feel like wasting your time and mine." Then he has the odasity to say to me "Well whats the point of bringing it up in the first place?"
Now i was speechless, all i could say was "Wow really". I don't know who this man is but most of us don't have money to throw around and most of us have to compare shop to afford what they need, especially in this economy. I am not an affluent person, and I resent the fact that I'm being ridiculed because i can't afford to waste money on false advertising.
I gave them 2 stars because they USED to have great service and a knowledgeable staff, now all they have is a bunch of teenagers calling me bro...
