The agents for this company are dishonest and not upfront about claims submitted or the insurance amount you are able to draw on. They play phone tag and do not admitted to letters etc. they received. I just found that they lied to me again when I check with a state agency. Agents are not license but the company and their held responsible for their agents action. Stay away from these guys, the people they are hire are dishonest and when you hurt you don't need that.
