We took our motorhome in to get a locked up break fixed. We dropped it off at 8:15 a.m. on a Fri. She told us it would take 3 1/2 hours to fix. We called at 1:30 and they said they had got the wrong part and had to get a new one but they were wrapping it up? We didn't hear a thing so at 4:00 we drove over there and the guy was still working on it, in fact he was just putting the breaks on the one side and still hadn't checked the rear brakes. We were livid. We were suppose to leave for the Labor day weekend at noon. The guy then took it for a ride and said it was still locking up and needed another part? She said I will get right on it and order right now. She had a hour. They close at 6:00. We called them at 10:30 the following day and said the part they got was wrong and it was delivered as we spoke. Again wrong part? Excuse me?? It is now almost 1:00 and we are still waiting for that elusive phone call. This will be the last place I will take any of my vehicles again!
